Microsoft 365 (Exchange)

To route emails in Microsoft 365, you’ll create a Mail Contact for your Kenzi address, then add it to a Distribution Group that receives your support email.

  1. Log in to the Exchange admin center.
  2. Navigate to Recipients > Contacts and click Add a mail contact.
  3. Fill in the display name and set the External email address to your {workspace.handle}@kenzi.space address, then click Create.
  1. Navigate to Recipients > Groups and click Add a group.
  2. Select Distribution as the group type and click Next.
  3. Name your group with your desired custom email address (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com).
  4. In the Edit settings section, check the box for Allow people outside of my organization to send email to this Distribution group.
  5. Finish creating the group, open it, and navigate to the Members tab.
  6. Click View all and manage members, then add the Kenzi Mail Contact you created earlier.

Microsoft 365 blocks external forwarding by default. You must change this or your forwarded emails will be silently dropped.

  1. Open the Microsoft Defender portal.
  2. Navigate to Email & collaboration > Policies & rules > Threat policies > Anti-spam.
  3. Edit your Anti-spam outbound policy.
  4. Set Automatic forwarding rules to On (Forwarding is enabled).
